Instructions in Connection with 3rd Divisional Tactical Scheme, 17-6-1918

1.     (a)     Parade Main Street BOURECQ.

Head of Column opposite Orderly Room at 7.15 a.m.

Order of March, H.Q. Co., "A", "B", "C", "D". Left of Road facing West. Companies closed up.

(b)     DRESS. Battle Order. Steel Helmets (Serges unless otherwise ordered.)

No live S.A.A. To be carried, the usual certifications of Pouch Inspection and Embussing Strength will be handed to Adjutant on Parade.

(c)     Lewis Guns will be carried throughout the operations, and numbers 1 will also carry Blue Flag.

Magazines will be left in Busses at de-bussing point.

2.     Lieut. D.M. McDONALD will superintend embussing and Lieut. W.H. POOLE will superintend debussing going to BOMY and returning to BOURECQ.

3.     Debussing point - SERNY.

4.     The Q.M. will arrange for a supply of Blank S.A.A. And two boxes of Mobile Reserve S.A.A. in each bus. He will arrange for his representative to be on Village Square at BOURECQ on return of lorries. Companies will arrange to deposit their S.A.A. Intact with Q.M. Representative above, who will give clearance certificates, this certificate is to be forwarded to Orderly Room by 9.00 p.m. 17th Inst.
