1.     As given verbally at 10.15 a.m.

INTENTION.

2.     Capture high ground between HILL 140 and the crossed tracks about 1 / 2 miles SW of HILL 140.

DETAIL.

3.         (a)     The Battalion will form for the attack in three lines:-

(b)     Companies in Firing Line will each advance on a frontage of abut 450 yards.

"D" Co. will direct the right on ERNY-ST. JULIEN ROAD.

"B" Co. will follow the firing line about 500 yards distance.

(c)     "A" Co. will follow "B" Co. 900 yards distance.

4.     Location to be notified later.

5.     To BERQUIGNY WOOD or road at "1" in "160".
