1. The R.C.R. Headquarters wil close at present location T.8.b.16.70 at 6.00 p.m. 23-3-18 and open concurrently at Headquarters now occupied by 58th Cdn. Inf. Bn. at T.8.d.59.70.
2. In future this will be the Headquarters of Battalion holding the Right sub-section.
3. All Headquarters Trench Stores minus Water Tins will be turned over to the 42nd Cdn. Inf. Bn. Likewise Trench Stores minus Water Tins at New Headquarters will be taken over from 58th Cdn. Battalion.
4. Water supply is available at New Battalion H.Q. As well as the old source.
5. "A", "B" and "D" Coy's will continue to daw rations at same dumps. Arrangements regarding "C" Coy rations will be notified later.
