1. | Companies will move off by Platoons in single file at five minute intervals, and in order A.B.C.D. The first Platoon of A Co will arrive at GRAVENSTAFEL Cross Roads at 5.00 p.m. and the last Platoon of D Co., not later than 5.15 p.m.
Scouts will leave here at 2.30 p.m. Signallers at 2.35 p.m. 1st Platoon of A Co. at 2.40 p.m. |
2. | ROUTE. Track 5 is heavily shelled. WILKSE-GRAVENSTAFEL Road is better. Guides from 58TH Bn. will meet Platoons at WATERLOO at 5.30 p.m. There will be no movement over GRAVENSTAFEL RIDGE in daylight, as little as possible while in forward area. |
3. | Packs containing blankets, cap etc. will be piled on dry ground near Co. Kitchens by 11.00 a.m.
Officers Kits etc for Transport lines will be in same place by 2.00 p.m. Kits for line be ready at same time. |
4. | The morning will be spent in issuing of Trench equipment as follows:- |

120 Rds. S.A.A. per man. 8 Sandbags per man. 5 Shovels per Co. 1 Rifle Grenade per man excepting R. Grenadiers & Lewis Gunners. 7 Rifle Grenades per R. Grenadiers. 5 S.O.S. R.G's no 33 per Co including H.Q. Co. 48 Hours rations per man. 1 Greatcoat per man. 1 Rubber sheet per man. |
6. | Before moving off Co. & Unit Commanders will ensure the camp is left in clean and sanitary condition. |
