1. MOVES.
The Divisional Employment Company will move to BARLIN, marching with the Divisional headquarters on the 26th instant.
The Divisional Salvage Company will move to BRUAY and the Mobile Veterinary Section to BARLIN on the 26th instant, handing over to the incoming units before marching off.
The Divisional Train Companies will march to their respective destinations under arrangements to be made by the O.C. Divisional Train.
The Divisional Ordnance Detachment will move to BRUAY not later than the 26th instant under arrangements to be made by the D.A.D.O.S.
The Divisional Gas School will move to LOZINGHEM on the 26th instant.
2. LORRIES.
Five lorries each for the 7TH & 8TH Canadian Infantry Brigade will be obtained for carrying packs. Brigades to arrange details with the D.A.A.G.(a).
3. Upon relief of the Division the following administrative arrangements will be carried out:-
(i) TRENCH STORES AND MUNITIONS.
All Trench Stores and Munitions, either in the trenches or on Battalion and Brigade Dumps, will be handed over in the usual manner to relieving units and formations and receipts will be taken thereof. A list of the stores so handed over will be sent to the "Q" Branch Divisional Headquarters.
(ii) DIVISIONAL DUMPS.
The Divisional trench Munitions Dump will be handed over together with all the Camp equipment on charge, in a clean and sanitary condition. A complete inventory of all bombs, grenades, lights, explosives, S.A.A., flares, etc., will be made and handed over to the relieving formation; the usual receipts being taken, a copy being sent to "Q" Branch Divisional Headquarters.
(iii) ENGINEER DUMPS.
The necessary arrangements will be made by the C.R.E. for handing over the Engineer Dumps.
(iv) SALVAGE DUMPS.
The Salvage Dumps will be cleared of all salvage which can be shipped to Base or otherwise disposed of. The dumps will be handed over as clean as possible.
(v) CAMP EQUIPMENT.
All Camp equipment will be handed over to Camp Commandants or Town Majors. Under no circumstances will a unit leave any Camp Equipment on the Field. If there is no relieving unit, a rear party must remain and hand over to the Camp Commandant, turning the equipment, if required by him, into his stores.
(vi) SANITATION.
Every effort must be made to leave the area in a thoroughly clean and satisfactory condition.
All occupied dugouts, trenches, camp areas, billets, horse lines, villages, streets and roads, latrines and cooking places, must be left thoroughly clean. No paper, refuse or tins to be left lying around.
Particular attention is to be paid to the disposal of manure, orders regarding which have been issued from time to time.
A certificate to the effect that the Camps, etc., occupied have been left in a clean and satisfactory condition, must, in every instance, be obtained from the Camp Commandant or Town Major concerned.
If necessary, a rear party must be left to clean up.
4. RAILHEADS.
Supply Railhead will be BRUAY from 26th instant inclusive.
Reinforcements - no change.
5. LOCATIONS ON AND AFTER 26TH INSTANT.
Divisional Refilling Points:
Arrangements are being made for bathing. They will be notified to all concerned later by the D.A.A.G.(a).
