1. The following inter-battalion reliefs will take place tonight 7TH October, 1916, to be completed by 12 midnight.
(a) R.C.R. will releiev part of 42ND. in trenches from WEST MIRAUMONT ROAD inclusive to KENORA TRENCH inclusive and R.23.b.2.1.
(b) 49TH Bn. will relieve balance of 42ND Bn. in line from R.23.b.2.1. to communication trench in R.23.a.3.0. inclusive.
(c) R.C.R. and 49TH Bn. H.Q. will be together in R.29.d.1.8.
(d) P.P.C.L.I. will remain in support but will remove H.Q. from R.29.d.1.8 to point to be advised later.
(e) 42ND Bn. will on relief move into Bde. Reserve vicinity of CHALK PITS in X.10. to X.11.
2. 42ND Bn. will send 2 guides per platoon and 2 guides per Bn. H.Q. to meet incoming units at KAY DUMP at 3. p.m.
Incoming Bns., will arrive by platoons at 200 yards interval first party of each Bn. to arrive as follows:-
3. Bde. H.Q. will remain in POZIERES CEMETERY X.4.a.4.9.
4. Reference para 2 First platoon "A" Co. will leave TARA HILL at 12.50 p.m.
