Monday 3RD. 9 a.m. to 12 Noon Officers and N.C.O’s under Guards Instructors.
(a) Recruits. 9. a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Squad and arm drill.
11 a.m. to 12 Noon Fire discipline and fire control.
2. p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Squad and arm drill.
3.30 p.m. to 4. p.m. Lecture by Instructors on trench discipline and what is required of a soldier in the trenches.
(b) Trained Soldiers. 11. a.m. to 12 Noon Co. parades under Co. Commanders. Lecture on trench discipline.
2. p.m. to 3. p.m. Company parades for drill under Company Commanders.

Tuesday 4TH. (a) Recruits. 9. a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Co. Drill under Guards Instructors.
11 a.m. to 11.20 a.m. Lecture Trench duties and trench discipline
11.20 a.m. to 12 Noon Co. Drill under Guards Instructors.
(b) Trained Soldiers. 9. a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Company drill.
11 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. Lectures by Platoon Officers. Trench duties. Questions and answers.
2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Battalion Parade.

Wednesday 5TH. (a) Recruits. 9. a.m. to 9.45 a.m. Fire discipline. Indication of targets, rapid loading.
9.45 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Paying compliments.
11 a.m. to 12 Noon Co. Drill under Guards Instructors.
(b) Trained Soldiers. 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. Co. drill, rapid loading.
2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Battalion Parade.

Thursday 6TH. (a) Recruits. 9. a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Extended order drill, rapid loading.
11 a.m. to 12 Noon Company drill.
2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Company drill.
(b) Trained Soldiers. 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. Extended order, rapid loading.
(c) Recruits and Trained Soldiers. 2. p.m. to 2.30 p.m. Gas Helmet drill.

Friday 7TH. (a) Recruits. 9. a.m. to 10. a.m. Musketry exercises. Rapid loading.
10 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Gas Helmet drill.
11 a.m. to 12 Noon Company drill.
(b) Trained Soldiers. 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. Saluting and Paying Compliments
