1. Relief. The R.C.R. will relieve the 42ND Battn., on the night of the 7TH/8th instant.
2. Distribution.
"A" Company. Trenches 52, 53, 54.
"C" Company. Trenches 55, 56, 57.
"D" Company. to S.P.11 & S.P.12.
"B" Company. Border Dugouts.
3. Route.
"A" and "C" Coys. will leave Camp "E" at 7 p.m. in 9 Lorries.
"B" and "D" Coys. will march to BRANDHOEK (G.6.d.5.1.) where they will entrain at 8 p.m.
On arrival at ASYLUM Coy's will march via I.13.a.10.7, I.20.a.7.3. thence by road to the trenches.
4. Guides.
"C" and "D" Coys. will be met by guides from 42ND Battalion at I.22.d.9.7. at 10.00 p.m.
Battalion Signalling Officer will arrange relief of 42ND Battalion Signallers and will leave Camp "E" at 11. a.m.
5. Battalion Signalling Officer will arrange relief of 42ND Battalion Signallers and will leave Camp "E" at 11. a.m.
6. Battalion Scout Officer will arrange relief of 42ND Battalion and will leave Camp "E" at 10.00 a.m.
7. Battalion Lewis Gun Officer will arrange relief of 42ND Battalion and will leave Camp "E" at 10.00 a.m.
8. Transport. Transport will march off at 8.00 p.m. Probable hour of arrival 11.00 p.m.
9. On night of relief parties will carry on work in vicinity of the position occupied.
10. ll ranks will endeavour to carry out this relief as expeditiously as possible. Every care being taken for the safety of the men.
11. Companies will march by platoons at 25 yards interval.
